Where does the time go? Seriously, I think these 3 months of summer went by condensed as 1 month!! Our summer was packed with lots of things to do. I had Carson enrolled in summer school and piano. And Katie was enrolled in swimming lessons. Not like she needed it or anything, but at the beginning of the summer she was so scared to get in the pool, so I decided it would be a good idea to take a refresher course. Well, by the time I was able to schedule the swimming lessons, she was swimming like a fish. But, lesson never hurt anyone. We went to Disney world. The kids had a blast and Disney world still had that “magic”! Katie and Carson was able to see Elsa and Anna from Frozen which totally made the trip. Since we drove, we also made it to Destin and Orange Beach. Oh, and my favorite find..seaside!! Its just lovely there. I think next time, I will check out Rosemary Beach as suggested by several people.
We also went to California this year with the Joe family. We went to Yosemite and camped for a few days and saw a cool castle in san juan valley. It was so great to see the kids making awesome memories with their cousins! Well, now that school is back in session, hopefully I will be able to blog a little bit more!!
